I ordered an ebook from Lisa’s website. Now what?

You will get an email with a link to download the .epub file to your preferred reading device. (Depending on your device, this may require you to email the file to your device separately). If you use the Bookfunnel app, the book will automatically appear in your library the day of release.

I want to use the Bookfunnel app for ebooks, but I’m new to this platform.

Download the app (links below), create an account with the email address you used at checkout and you will be ready to receive your book.

I purchased an ebook from Lisa’s website, but did not receive my book email.

If you purchased an ebook and did not receive an email from BookFunnel with your download link, you can get your book from your BookFunnel library: https://my.BookFunnel.com.

Your email address is your login. If you purchased the ebook with your PayPal account, your login will be your primary PayPal email address.

I’m having technical difficulties downloading my purchased ebook. What do I do?

For all technical difficulties related to ebook purchasing and downloading, please reach out to Bookfunnel’s technical support for assistance. You can reach them by email at [email protected] or submit a ticket at https://bookfunnel.com/help/.

If I get a new Kindle or other ereader, will all my purchased books disappear?

Your purchased books will still exist in your Bookfunnel app. Simply send them to your new device! Alternatively, with the book in your email you can send it to the device by forwarding the epub. Bookfunnel has fantastic customer service. A lot of devices require unique steps on their end, and so they are experts in getting the book where you want it to go after it's downloaded. I duplicated my order, can I get a refund?

If you purchased an additional copy in error, please email and let me know. I can be reached at [email protected] for any issues relating to purchasing from the site.

If a title is a “website exclusive,” will it be available on other platforms?

No. A “website exclusive” will only by available for purchase on the www.authorlisaphillips.com website.

Is every Lisa Phillips book available for sale on the website?

Not every book can be purchased on the website. Some are available in exclusive services like Kindle Unlimited, which means it can’t be sold anywhere else. If you’re looking for a specific book and aren’t sure where to find it, use the contact us page and let me know. I’ll point you in the right direction.

Certain titles are also available in audio, and in paperback. Feel free to look around!

If I don't live in the US, can I still purchase books?

Currently I have limited availability in where I can sell, but this is something I am working on. Right now I am only making sales available in the US, but I hope to grow to other markets soon!

The Store isn't available in my country. Can I still purchase books?

Of course, except for a limited number of “Website Exclusives” all of my other titles are available on at least 1 major retailer with global reach. If you are outside of my store’s reach but want to purchase a “Website Exclusive” title, please reach out to [email protected] and I will see what I can do!

I ordered a paperback book, when will I get it?

Books are fulfilled as ordered, please allow a few days for preparation to ship and then a few more days for shipping. If the book was pre-ordered it will be shipped close to the release date, if not a little before.

Will I get tracking information for my print book?

Typically, no. To keep shipping costs at a minimum, print books are usually sent via “Media Mail” which does not include shipment tracking.

Do you collect Sales Taxes/VAT?

I make every effort to collect taxes as required by the government of the Shipping or Billing address as appropriate. Because I am a small business I do not have enough sales in many markets to be required to collect sales tax (Economic NEXUS). As the store grows though, I may need to collect taxes in the future where I currently don’t.

Where is the Store available?

Currently I have limited availability to the US, but hope to grow to other markets soon!
