Nightfall was an incredible suspense read. EMT Violet Anderson volunteers at a center for teens where she encounters Detective Blake Reed who is there regarding drug deals. Violet doesn’t know that Blake is a detective, nor does Blake know she’s an EMT until their paths cross during a police investigation.
Violet’s father pushed her to excel at and perfect everything, including being a doctor like him, until she hit rock bottom. Blake’s father is in prison for taking the fall for a crime that happened years ago.
This riveting suspense story has a lot of action, a bomber, twists and turns, and surprises and will keep you on the edge of your seat.
