Overview
- Generally, no refunds on purchases. All Sales are Final.
- Any Refund that is authorized will be based on special circumstances and considered case-by-case. Refund would be a reversal of original payment method.
- Digital Products include: eBooks, Audiobooks, Artwork, Graphics
- Physical Products include: Print Books, Swag, Merchandise, Customized/Signed Editions of Print books
Digital Products
Refunds do not apply to the following goods: eBooks and audiobooks. These are instant downloads.
Please choose carefully. Refunds are only considered if you buy a duplicate item within 72 hours of first purchase of a specific item in which case the duplicate item will be refunded once confirmation that the product has only been downloaded/accessed for the FIRST purchase and NOT accessed for the subsequent purchases. Subsequent purchases to be considered for refund must have been made using the same email address as this is how digital products are referenced for delivery.
If you are unsure if your transaction completed, you should have received a confirmation email. Please check your SPAM or JUNK folders. If you still don’t see it reach out to [email protected] with your name, email address you completed the order with, and any other information you think may help us identify the order and we can look into it for you.
Any refunds will be in the form of reversal of payment used. We cannot refund in a different method than with which the original order was made.
Physical Products
There are no returns accepted for change of mind. Returns are given only for faulty items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item (according to tracking as available).
For inquiries, please email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your product (according to tracking as available). Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, reason for return, and photographs of identified issues, including packing material if damaged in transit. If item is faulty, we can refund or resend your goods - your choice. We want you to be happy!
Refund would be reversal of the original payment method made for the defective item.
Customized/Signed editions
No refunds allowed for products that have been customized or signed. Please ensure that the information provided is correct during the checkout process. If the error is ours, we will Refund or Replace at customer discretion with no additional charge. Proof must be provided of error for confirmation.
Please keep an eye out for sections where adding customizations requires your input when proceeding through the purchase process. There may be a link in the confirmation email for you to fill out a form or a field in the checkout.
